Notice of application to Vary a Premises Licence under The Gambling Act 2005
Notice is hereby given that Silvertime Amusements Ltd of the following address: 116 Burnt Oak Broadway Edgware, HA8 0BB is applying under Section 187(1)(b) of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Bingo Premises Licence issued under the Act. The application relates to the following premises: Silvertime, 48 - 50 High Street, Watford, WD17 2BS. The proposed variation is to seek approval of proposed alterations to the ground, first and second floors of the premises, detailed in the plan submitted with the application. The alterations comprise of the following: Ground Floor; The relocation of the toilets, the addition of a lift, the addition of an entrance lobby and frontage display. First Floor; The movement of the storage area and the relocation of the toilets, the addition of a lift and the office being replaced by a cash desk. Second Floor; The second floor to be changed from toilets and a staff area to a shower area, meeting room and office. The application has been made to the following licensing authority: Licensing Authority, Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford, WD 17 3EX
