Notice is hereby given that SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL made the temporary orders for the above works which effect the following public right of way footpaths Footpath 2 Highworth between Pentylands Lane and junction with Public Footpath 3.
Footpath 1 Highworth and footpath 3 Hannington between Pentylands Lane, Highworth and Public Bridleway 4 Hannington. Footpath 18 Highworth and 19 Hannington from Bydemill Farm Lane to Hampton Lane (unclassified 3019) Hampton. Alternative Route

No suitable alternative can be provided on the grounds of health and safety.
The Orders came into force on the 21 June 2021 but the Secretary of State for Transport has authorized the Order to be
extended until the 21 June 2023.
