Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) C212 (Part), Broughton Gifford; from outside property known as Challymead House for a distance of approximately 100m in a north westerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out connection and associated works. Alternative route via C212 (unaffected length) - C169 -B3109 - A365 - A350 - B3107 and vice versa. Alternative route via Stormore (unaffected length) -Clearwood - B3099 - Stormore (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 20 June 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 for 2 days. SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction on the following length of road: A) A350 (Part), Chippenham, Corsham and Lacock; from approximately 160m north west of its roundabout junction with B4528 to a point 1100m south east of its junction with A4 and to temporarily introduce a 40mph speed restriction on the following lengths of roads: B) A350 (Part), Lacock; from approximately 80m north west of its roundabout junction with B4528 for a distance of approximately 80m in a north westerly direction.
C) A350 (Part), Chippenham and Corsham; from approximately 1000m south east of its roundabout junction with A4 for a distance of approximately 100m in a south easterly direction to enable Baylis Estates to carry out construction of new roundabout access to new industrial estate and associated works. The speed restrictions will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This speed limit restrictions will come into operation on 11 July 2022 and will be required until 30 June 2023. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. This speed limit restriction will come into operation on 20 June 2022 and will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 23:00 for 1 night. This Order will come into operation on 26 June 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:15 and 13:00 for 1 day.
