Notice hereby given
that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:

To Revoke: Disabled Badge Holders Only At The Following Locations: Road Description

55 Lee Road, South Side: From the boundary of 53 and 55 Lee Road, south Harwich Westwards for a distance of approximately 5.00 metres.

35 St Andrews South Side: From the boundary of 35 and 37 St Andrews Road, Road, Clacton eastwards for a distance of approximately 5.9 metres.

29 Meredith Road South Side: From the boundary of 27 and 29 Meredith Road, westwards for a distance of approximately 5.2 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TM250 310 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TM245 310 Rev 3 to Rev 4, TM155 152 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TM170 150 Rev 3 to Rev 4 and TM170 152 Rev 2 to Rev 3.

(Pound Farm Drive/The Haven, Dovercourt) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Pound Farm Drive, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Clarkes Road to its other junction with Clarkes Road a distance of approximately 370m.

2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction

in that length of The Haven, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Pound Farm Drive to its end a distance of approximately 80m. "The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The restriction is scheduled to commence on 18th July 2022 for 47 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2315885 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway strengthening works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order will come into effect on 24th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
