(West View, East Hedleyhope) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 10/6/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 15 metres of West View between numbers 20 and 22, East Hedleyhope to enable water supply renewal works to be undertaken. There is no alternative route available to vehiculartraffic, however the excavation will be plated to maintain access for emergency service vehicles should the need arise. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 20/6/22 and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
