Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpath LY2 (Part) Llancillo and Footpath RW20 Rowlestone, Public Path Diversion Order 2022
On 25th May, 2022 Herefordshire Council ("the Council") confirmed the above Order under section 119 Highways Act 1980 ("the Act"). The effect of the order, as confirmed, is to divert that part of Public Footpath LY2 in the Parish of Llancillo running from OS Grid Reference SO 3771 2588 to OS Grid Reference SO 3780 2585. Alternative footpaths will be created for use as a replacement, being 2 metres in width, as follows: Footpath LY2 - The proposed new route of footpath LY2 running from OS Grid Reference SO 3771 2588 to OS Grid Reference 3771 2589. Footpath RW20 - The proposed new route of footpath RW20 running from OS Grid Reference SO 3771 2589 to OS Grid Reference SO 3780 2586.
Footpath LY2A - The proposed new route of footpath LY2A running from OS Grid Reference SO 3780 2586 to OS Grid Reference SO 3780 2586.

The Council confirms and certifies that all the provisions of the order have been satisfied and therefore the diversion takes effect on the above said confirmation date of this order, but, if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act, or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act, as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the date of publication of this notice, make an application to the High Court.
