Notice is hereby given that TonghoUK Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Kingston Upon Thames for a Variation of Premises Licence for the premise: Tree Stone situated at 71-73 High Street, New Maiden, KT3 4BT Application Detail: Extension of area of licence into the 1 st Floor of 71 High Street. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The penalty on conviction of such an offense would be a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003.
