I give notice that Abimara Ltd is applying to the Kingston Borough Council for planning permission for Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to carry out development without compliance with condition 2 (Approved plans) of Planning Permission 17/12997/FUL(Demolition of existing site buildings comprising vehicle repair workshop and offices and redevelopment to provide a 3-storey mixed-use building comprising ground floor B1 office space and 9 residential units (2 x 1 beds, 4x2 bed and 3x3 bed), along with communal amenity space, landscaping and undercroft parking and cycle parking (retaining frontage building at 14 Park Road) to allow for the following changes : Installation of rooflight in second floor room (previously shown as utility room/store) to include a study/home office, at 14A Park Road Kingston Upon Thames KT2 6BG

The Site is a Major Development and is situated within a Conservation Area.
