Croydon Council Road Traffic Regulation Act. 1984. Section 14 as Amended and the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) act 1991 York Road. Croydon Temporary Restriction of Parking

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate cable installation works, they Intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking In York Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, rolling parking suspensions and temporary waiting and loading restrictions operating 'at any time' will be Introduced In York Road.

3. The Order will come Into operation on 04 July 2022 and It Is anticipated that the works will be completed on 18 July 2022. However, the Order will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months to be reintroduced if further works are required.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) a vehicle being used to carry out the said works;

(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER SOUTH NORWOOD FESTIVAL. SOUTH NORWOOD ASSOCIATED RESTRICTIONS
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the South Norwood Festival they intend to make a Traffic Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Lawrence Road and Cargreen Road.

2. During the festival the effect of the Order will be to:-

* Close Cargreen Road between the park entrance and its junction with Lawrence Road;

* Suspend parking and introduce waiting and loading restrictions operating "at any time" on the north-east (odd-numbered) side of Lawrence Road;

* Suspend parking and introduce waiting and loading restrictions operating "at any time" on both sides of Cargreen Road between the park entrance and its junction with Lawrence Road.

3. The provisions of the Order will not prevent access being maintained for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which this Order relates, or to any other premises accessible from, and only from such a road.

4. The Order will come into effect on 3 July 2022 and will remain in force for one day.
