(Little Clacton Weeley Bypass, Weeley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Little Clacton Weeley Bypass, Weeley in the District of Tendring, from the junction with Colchester Road Roundabout for a distance approximately 40m in a south westerly direction (southbound only). The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th June 2022 for 2 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP10000011873 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while street lighting replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Colchester Road Roundabout, Colchester Road, Weeley Bypass Roundabout, Weeley Bypass, Clacton Road, Weeley Road, The Street, London Road, Montana Roundabout, Progress Way, Bovills Roundabout, Little Clacton Weeley Bypass. The Order came into effect on 9th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Newbarn Road, Great Tey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Newbarn Road, Great Tey in the Borough of Colchester from its junction with Earls Colne Road to its junction with Brook House Road a distance of approximately 480m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st July 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2328648-EH2328574 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of South Heath Road/Colles Brook Road, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 210m south east of the junction with Dial Road for a distance of approximately 295m in a south easterly the south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th June 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30098541525/EC30042269767 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th June 2022 between 20:30 - 05:00 for 12 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231006815 -Walker Construction). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while surfacing works are undertaken by Walker Construction.
