(Little Maplestead Road, Gestingthorpe) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Little Maplestead Road, Gestingthorpe in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Hedingham Road for a distance of approximately 1725m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th July 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2328376 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Hedingham Road, Church Road, The Green, Park Road, Sudbury Road, Deans Hall Road, Oak Road, Gestingthorpe Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 23rd June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(High Barn Hall Road, Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Barn Hall Road, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Rayne Hatch Lane to its junction with Plaistow Green a distance of approximately 1255m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th June 2022 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT006-E-HHGABE - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. An alternative route is available via Rayne Hatch Lane, Pennypot Corner, Plaistow Green Road, Plaistow Green and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 9th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Polecat Road, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Polecat Road, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Witham Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th June 2022 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (ZP010N0022107-1-MK-EUL - Gas Transportation Co Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Gas Transportation Co Ltd. An alternative route is available via Polecat Road, The Street, Ashes Road, Long Green, A120 J B1018 Roundabout, Galley Roundabout, Cressing Road, Cressing Road Roundabout, Papley Road, Braintree Road, Witham Road and vice versa.

(Tey Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tey Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from its junction with America Road for a distance of approximately 810m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th June 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT002-E-WECNCR - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Upper Holt Street, Coggeshall Road, America Road and vice versa (with access only into Tey Road). The Order came into effect on 9th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
