Notice of Making of An Order Highways Act 1980 Public Path Diversion Order 2022 Footpath 11 Lambourne


The above order, made on 25 May 2022 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert a part length of Footpath 11 Lambourne of unknown width shown by a bold continuous black line on the order map commencing where the path leaves New Farm Drive running in a south easterly direction diagonally across the field for a total distance of 179 metres to a point west of the pedestrian bridge to a footpath being 2 metres in width shown by a bold broken black line on the order map commencing where the path leaves New Farm Drive accessed via a gate running along the field edge in a north easterly direction for 111 metres then continuing in a southerly direction for a final distance of 191 metres to the aforementioned point west of the pedestrian bridge and will also divert a section of Footpath 11 Lambourne of unknown width shown by a bold continuous black line on the order map commencing from a point east of the pedestrian bridge running in a south easterly direction diagonally across a second field for a total distance of 139 metres to the field edge where it continues unaffected to a further section of footpath being 2 metres in width shown by a bold broken black line on the order map commencing at the aforementioned point east of the pedestrian bridge running in a southerly direction for 123 metres then continuing in an easterly direction for a final distance of 122 metres to the aforementioned field edge where it continues unaffected. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Alan Roscoe, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM1 1QH not later than 14 July 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.

(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.23) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 Has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order: This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 'the 2019 Order' by:
1. The following definition in Article 3 of the 2019 Order listed in this Notice as Article 1(a), shall be replaced by the following definition in Article 1(b) of this Notice:

(a) "The 2007 Regulations" means the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007;

(b) "The 2022 Regulations" Means the Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (Approved Devices, Charging Guidelines and General Provisions) (England) Regulations 2022.

2. The following definition in Article 3 of the 2019 Order listed in this Notice as Article 2(a), shall be replaced by the following definition in Article 2(b) of this Notice:

(a) "Penalty Charge Notice" has the same meaning given by Regulation 8(1)
of the 2007 Regulations; (b)"Penalty Charge Notice" means a notice described in Section 78 of the 2004 Act
having effect as if issued or served by a Civil Enforcement Officer or posted by
the enforcement authority under any regulations for the time being in force under
Section 78 of the 2004 Act.
3. The following provisions in Article 109 of the 2019 Order listed in this Notice as Article 3(a), shall be replaced by the following provisions in Article 3(b) of this Notice: (a)The Penalty Charge shall be payable not later than 16.00 hours on the Applicable

(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment 19) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the Order:
To Revoke: 'No Waiting at Any Time' on the below lengths of roads in the District of Harlow:
Road Description

Tracyes Road South West: from its junction with Tumbler Road, south easterly for
a distance of approximately 42 metres. Tracyes Road South West: from a point approximately 72 metres south east of Tumbler
Road, south east to its junction with A1169 Southern Way, a distance
of approximately 153 metres. Tracyes Road North East: from its junction with Tumbler Road, south east for a distance
of approximately 10 metres.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Roydon in the District
of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 70m northwest of its junction with
The Granary for a distance of approximately 55m in a northwesterly direction. The closure
is scheduled to commence on 15th July 2022 for 1 night (00:55-04:00), or where stated
on a valid permit (KL736BGK-20-10-150722 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or
displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and
workforce while maintenance inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Bury Lane, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Street to its junction with Bury Road a distance of approximately 200m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th July 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-EPP80478064-FAL1 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance and ducting works are undertaken by Openreach.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Nine Ashes Road, High Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 550m northeast of its junction with Woolmongers Lane for a distance of approximately 125m in a northeasterly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Woolmongers Lane, High Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Nine Ashes Road for a distance of approximately 15m in a westerly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 11th July 2022 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30011006528 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while cable installation works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. (Chambers Manor Farm Lane, Epping Upland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Restriction) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Chambers Manor Farm Lane, Epping Upland in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping Road to its entirety a distance of approximately 1501m.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction on the above length of Chambers Manor Farm Lane, Epping Upland in the District of Epping Forest, for the duration of the above closure only.

The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 27th June 2022 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA140EPPCHAMBERS - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited. No alternative route is available.
The Order came into effect on 9th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Epping Road, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Epping Road, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Old House Lane to its junction with Hansells Mead a distance of approximately 2185m. The rolling road closure is scheduled to commence for 5 weekends, from (25th-26th June 2022 then 2nd-3rd July 2022 then 9th-10th July 2022 then 16th-17th July 2022 and again on the 23rd July 2022) or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWCPDL99M014 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Water Lane, Brookside, Southern Way, Katherine's Way Third Avenue, Bypass Road, Flex Meadow, Elizabeth Way, Roydon Road, Harlow Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 9th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Lower Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
