Notice Of Making Of Order Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map And Statement
Modification Order Highways Act 1980, Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981
The Oxfordshire County Council, Bourton Footpath No. 4 (Part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2022.
The Order made on 6th June 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting: -
Bourton FP 4 running between Pinewood School games facilities for approximately 298m from Bourton FP 5 at OS Grid Ref SU 2305 8709 south-westwards via SU 2286 8698 to SU 2281 8691 to a new line immediately to the north-west of the facilities running for approximately 169m from Bourton FP 6 at OS Grid Ref SU 2295 8711 south-
westwards via SU 2289 8708, SU 2287 8705, SU 2284 8703, SU 2283 8702 to SU 2282 8700, then south-south-eastwards for approximately 20m to SU 2283 869, then west-south-westwards for approximately 21m to SU 2281 8697 and then southwards for approximately 61m via
SU 2280 8693 to SU 2281 8691 where it re-joins the
existing Bourton FP 4, as shown on the Order map.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND, or
no later than 15th July 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order Dated: 16 June 2022
