NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

APPLICANT: Alison Thomson. PREMISES: The Gun at Ridsdale, Ridsdale, NE48 2TF.
Notice is hereby given that Alison Thomson of The Gun at Ridsdale has applied on the 8th June 2022 to Northumberland County Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The application sought is to permit the supply of alcohol on the premises Fridays and Saturdays and Christmas Eve and New Years Eve to 01.30am. In all other respects the licence is to remain the same.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, Northumberland County Council, Stakeford Depot, East View, NE62 5TR. Representations must be received no later than 5th July 2022. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.northumberland.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
