(Unc 15.1, Stotfield Burn, Rookhope)
(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 10/6/2022 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on a 102m length of Unc 15.1, south of the junction with the C77 and adjacent to St Johns Church.to enable Northumbrian Water Limited new service connection works to be undertaken.
An alternative route is will be available to vehicular traffic from the north side of the closure, southerly on Stotfield Burn, easterly on the A689, then north-westerly on Unc 15.1, to the southern side of the closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months.

The proposed works are to commence on 2/6/2022 and are anticipated to be completed in 2 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
