FOR Inclusion of Live Music Monday-Saturday 11:00-23:00, Sunday 11:00-22:00,
Inclusion of Recorded Music Monday – Saturday 11:00-23:30, Sunday 11:00-22:30,
Inclusion of Late Night Refreshment Monday- Saturday 23:00-23:30,
Retail sale of Alcohol [On/Off] Monday – Saturday 11:00-23:30, Sunday 11:00-22:30 & Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve 11:00-00:30hrs
Hours premise are open to the public Monday - Saturday 11:00-00:00 Sunday 11:00-23:00 & Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve 11:00-01:00hrs
Amend the condition restricting the terminal time for use of the outside area to 22:30.
Amend the condition for the terminal hour for last food orders to 22:00

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 04/07/2022.
Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
