NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-Formalisation of No Waiting at Any time

Lily Hill St, Whitefield - Both sides including the turning head on the west side, from
its junction with Bleakley St/Cross St to a point 24m south of the projected southerly
kerbline of the Un-named Side St adjacent to no.23 Lily Hill St
A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which comes into
operation on 17/06/22 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order
may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke St, Bury BL9 OEJ.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the
grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made
under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks
of 17/06/22 apply to the High Court for that purpose.

Metropolitan Borough Of Bury Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14(1) The Metropolitan Borough Of Bury (Sevhster Lane, Prestwich) Temporary Closure Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along: Simister Lane, Prestwich (opposite property no 63) - Temporary Road Closure The closure will come in to place to enable to enable replacement of rocking manhole frame & cover.

Alternative route will be via A576 Manchester Old Road, Middleton Road, A6044
Sheepfoot Lane, A665 Bury old Road, Heywood Road vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 26/06/2022 and shall remain in force
for a period of up to 1 month, (Anticipated duration of works -1 Day)
