(South and North Magdalene, Medomsley)
(Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on the following lengths of footpath at South Magalene, Medomsley:- Numbers 27 to 30 south side, Gable number 30, Numbers 26 to 30 north side, Link path between numbers 26 and 35, Gable number 31, Numbers 31 to 35 south side North Magdalene - Numbers 33 to 39 eastern side to enable gas repair works to be undertaken. Alternative routes will be available via other local footways and footpaths in the area. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months.
The proposed works are to commence on 7/7/2022 and are anticipated to be completed in 18 Days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
