OFF STREET PARKING PLACES
COMPOSITE ORDER 2014 AMENDMENT NO 16 ORDER 2022

(OFF STREET PARKING PLACES - Ref: TRO_019_16):- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council propose to make the above-named Order under Sections 32 and 35 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004.

The effect of the Order, if made, will be to replace the maximum long length stay restrictions at Wentworth Car Park to medium stay restrictions and to introduce a new long length stay car park in Hexham in the County of Northumberland.

The following restrictions are added to the Principal Order, Northumberland County Council Off Street Parking Places Composite Order 2014:-Addition - Off Street Parking Places

The following restrictions are deleted from the Principal Order, Northumberland County Council Off Street Parking Places Composite Order 2014 Deletion - Off Street Parking Places

Exemptions for certain necessary purposes are included in the Order.

A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the lengths of road involved and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for Proposing to make the Order is available to view or download on the NCC Website
