(B6309 Chare Bank, Ebchester)
(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 10 June 2022 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on a 16 metre length of B6309 Chare Bank, Ebchester, between the junction with Front Street, and Lane Head to enable Northumbrian Water Limited sewer repair works to be undertaken.
An alternative route will be available from the north side of the closure, following the A694 north-easterly - Al northbound -A69 westbound - A68 southbound - A692 north-easterly - A691 westbound and then A694 northbound, and vice versa.
The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence at 8am on 20/672022 and are anticipated to be completed in 5 Days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
