Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Parkside Rd & Winwick Ln (10/20/30 MPH Speed Limits) Temporary Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce either a 10mph, 20mph or 30mph speed limit restriction, as required, along the following lengths of road: Parkside Rd from its jct. with Golborne Rd to the Borough Boundary with St. Helens; Winwick Ln from its jct. with M6 junction 22 to the Borough Boundary with Wigan. The Order will be effective from 16th June 2022 for a period of 18 months as & when the signs are in place on site. The restrictions are required to allow for highway works associated with the Parkside development to take place. Ref: High/2344
