The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
LB - Application No. 01/2022/0450 - Tal Y Fan Ward, Lawnt, Denbigh - Conversion and alteration of existing building to form Day Centre including the demolition of existing single storey extension, alteration to internal room layout, replacement and alteration to fenestration, installation of lighting, external access ramp, internal lift and replacement rainwater goods (Listed Building Application).
LB - Application No. 03/2022/0481 - Tan Y Bwlch, Barbers Hill, Vivod, Llangollen -Demolition of single storey and replacement with two storey extensions (Listed Building application).
