Licensing Act 2003: Provisional Statement
Notice is hereby given that Mr. Kunaseelan Jathursan has applied to the Worthing on 8th June 2022 For a new premises licence for 121 Montague Street, Worthing - BN11 3BP.

The proposed application is to permit tor the consumption and retail sale of alcohol. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 6th July 2022 (28 days the day after the application is received by the licensing department) stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Worthing Borough Council, Portland house, 44 Richmond Road, Worthing - BN11 1HS.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
