Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2022 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Sandhurst Close, Redditch)

On 26 May 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following
lengths and sides of roads in Redditch:-Sandhurst Close (west side): From a point 5 meters south easterly of its junction with the Sandhurst Close service road, by No.91, for a distance of 4 meters, in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to LIMIT WAITING 8AM-6PM, 2 HOURS, NO RETURN WITHIN 2 HOURS
on the following length and side of road in Redditch: Smallwood Street (East side): From a point, 16m from Ipsley Street, for a distance of 34m, in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

(U22203 Pumphouse Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of U22203 Pumphouse Lane from its junction with C2060 Church Road for a distance of 120 metres in a westerly direction. Reason: New customer connection by Cadent Gas Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2060 Church Road, C2060 Curr
Lane, C2045 Copyholt Lane, U22205 Banks Green, U22203 Angel Street and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 20 June 2022.
(C2041 Lea Green Lane, Wythall)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2041 Lea Green Lane from its junction with C2036 Houndsfield Lane to its junction with C2041 Station Road. Reason: Drainage work/flood alleviation by RBT Construction Limited.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2041 Station Road, U23410 Gorsey Lane, C2180 Alcester Road, C2036 Houndsfield Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 11 July 2022.
