Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dwr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dwr (Tynnu a Chronni Dwr) 2006 i gais gael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Dwr Cymru Cyfyngedig i amrywio trwydded lawn i dynnu dwr, rhif cyfres 22/61/04/0038, sy'n awdurdodi tynnu dwr o Enw Corff Dwr yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol SN 03 24. Yr amrywiad y gwneir cais amdano yw cynyddu'r uchafswm dyddiol o ddwr a ganiateir i'w dynnu o 5,000 metr ciwbig i 11,000 metr ciwbig.

Vary a full licence to abstract

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Dwr Cymru Welsh Water to vary a full licence to abstract water, serial number 22/61/04/0038, which authorises the abstraction of water from a surface water source at National Grid Reference SN 03 24. The variation applied for is to increase the permitted daily maximum quantity of water to be abstracted from 5,000 cubic metres to 11,000 cubic metres.
