Lorg Wind Farm Public Consultation

RWE Renewables is exploring the potential to develop a wind farm of up to 15 turbines on land located between Carsphairn (approx. 11km to the south west), Sanquhar (approx. 12.3km to the North East) and New Cumnock is approx. 10km north.

We invite you to take part in our forthcoming public consultation where you can view and comment on the proposals. In light of the ongoing regulations regarding pre-application consultation, we will be holding both in-person and online events.

The project website contains a Virtual Consultation Room and information relating to the proposals with both an electronic and printable comment form so that feedback can be provided to the project team on the proposals. The Virtual Consultation Room will be live on the 22nd June 2022 and can be accessed via our project webpage
