Proposal: Single storey front extension, demolition of part of house, replacement roof and elevational alterations (RETROSPECTIVE APPLICATION for alterations differing from previously approved schemes under refs: 12/03728/FULL6 and 13/00768/FULL6). The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
