Highways Act 1980 Section 25 Dedication Of Footpath Parish Of St Bees

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Agreement has been entered into under Section 25 of the Highways Act 1980 the effect of which being to create a section of public footpath described in the Schedule to this Notice. A copy of the Agreement and map contained therein have been placed on deposit at the offices of the Countryside Access Team, The Parkhouse Building, Baron Way, Kingmoor Business Park, Carlisle CA6 4SJ (ref 5.1.481) and may be inspected during normal office hours by appointment only and details of the dedication are available to view on the County Council's website. Under Section 25 of the Highways Act 1980 there is no right of objection and the Agreement has taken immediate effect.
