APPLICATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 69M LONG QUAY TO PROVIDE A LAYBY BERTH.

Notice is hereby given that ABLE UK LTD has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the creation of 69m long quay to provide a layby berth for the new floating dock gate. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Seaton Carew Library, Station Lane, Hartlepool, TS25 1B. Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to

within 28 days of 4 October 2013), quoting reference MLA/2013/00363. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
