Somerset County Council (Various Roads. Bridgwater) (Parish of North Petherton 30mph Speed Limit Extension and 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that on Friday 10th June 2022 Somerset County Council made the above order in pursuance of the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 8th February 2022 to introduce a 30mph Speed Limit Extension and 40mph Speed Limit on the lengths of road as specified in the Schedules to this Order.

The Order comes into effect on the 14th June 2022. A copy of the Order may be inspected online at

If any person wishes to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act), or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
