THE A82 TRUNK ROAD (FALLS OF FALLOCH) (TEMPORARY CLEARWAY) ORDER 2022
THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 2(1) and 2,4(1) and 14(l)(b) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will have the effect of imposing a restriction on stopping on that length of the A82 Dalnottar - Inverness Trunk Road at Falls of Falloch from a point 1.59 kilometres or thereby south of the entrance to the Falls of Falloch car park to a point 1.7 kilometres or thereby north of the entrance to the Falls of Falloch car park, a distance of 3.29 kilometres or thereby. The Order, which is required in the interests of road safety and to ensure free flow of traffic on the A82 will be in operation from 14th June until 13th December 2022 and will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the length of road as is indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. No restriction imposed by this Order applies to a person causing or permitting a vehicle to stop-fa) in any case where the person in control of the vehicle-
(i) is required by law to stop,
(ii) is obliged to stop in order to avoid an accident,
(iii) is prevented from proceeding by circumstances out with their control and it is not reasonably practicable for them to drive or move the vehicle to a place not on a carriageway,
(b) when the vehicle is-
(i) being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes,
(ii) being used for the purpose of delivering letters, parcels, packets or other articles to premises situated on or adjacent to the length of road specified in the schedule,
(iii) being used by or on behalf of a local authority for the purpose of the collection of household refuse from premises situated on or adjacent to the length of road specified in the schedule,
(iv) a public service vehicle as defined by section 1 of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 providing a local service as defined in section 2 of the Transport Act 1985,
(v) a taxi or private hire car as defined by section 23(1) of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 stopping for the purpose of taking up or setting down passengers,
(c) for so long as may be necessary to enable the vehicle to be used in connection with-
(i) any building operation or demolition being carried out adjacent to the length of road specified in the schedule,
(ii) the removal of any obstruction or potential obstruction to traffic on the length of road specified in the schedule,
(iii) the maintenance, improvement or reconstruction of the length of road specified in the schedule, or (iv)the laying, erection, placing, maintenance, testing, alteration, repair or removal of any structure, works or apparatus in, on, under, over or adjacent to the length of road specified in the schedule.
THE A84/A85 TRUNK ROAD (LOCH LUBNAIG) (TEMPORARY CLEARWAY) ORDER 2022
THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 2(1) and 2,4(1) and 14(l)(b) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will have effect of imposing a restriction on stopping on that length of the A84/A85 Stirling to Crianlarich Trunk Road from a point 3.04 kilometres or thereby north of its junction with the A821 (the Dukes Pass) at Kilmahog, to a point 1.64 kilometres or thereby north of the access to the carpark at the property known as The Cabin at Loch Lubnaig, a distance of 4.14 kilometres or thereby. The Order, which is required in the interests of road safety and to ensure free flow of traffic on the A84/ A85 will be in operation from 14th June until 13th December 2022 and will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the length of road as is indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. No restriction imposed by this Order applies to a person causing or permitting a vehicle to stop-fa) in any case where the person in control of the vehicle-
(i) is required by law to stop,
(ii) is obliged to stop in order to avoid an accident,
(iii) is prevented from proceeding by circumstances outwith their control and it is not reasonably practicable for them to drive or move the vehicle to a place not on a carriageway,

THE A87 TRUNK ROAD (EILEAN DONAN) (TEMPORARY CLEARWAY) ORDER 2022
THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 2(1) and (2), 4(1) and 14(l)(b) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will have the effect of imposing a restriction on stopping on that length of the A87 Invergarry - Kyle of Lochalsh - Borve - Uig Trunk Road from a point 1.61 kilometres or thereby south-east of the extended centreline of the unclassified Eilean Donan Castle Car Park access junction to a point 1.61 kilometres or thereby northwest of the extended centreline of the unclassified Eilean Donan Castle Car Park access junction, a distance of 3.22 kilometres or thereby. The Order, which is required in the interests of road safety and to ensure free flow of traffic on the A87 will be in operation from 14th June until 13th December 2022 and will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the length of road as is indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. No restriction imposed by this order applies to a person causing or permitting a vehicle to stop-
(a) in any case where the person in control of the vehicle-
(i) is required by law to stop,
(ii) is obliged to stop in order to avoid an accident,

THE A830 TRUNK ROAD (MORAR) (TEMPORARY CLEARWAY) ORDER 2022
THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 2(1) and 2,4(1) and 14(l)(b) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will have effect of imposing a restriction on stopping on that length of the A830 Fort William - Mallaig Trunk Road at Morar, from a point 978 metres or thereby south of its junction with the B8008 road to Camusdarach to a point 2.065 kilometres or thereby north of that junction, a distance of 3.043 kilometres or thereby. The Order, which is required in the interests of road safety and to ensure free flow of traffic on the A830 will be in operation from 14th June until 13th December 2022 and will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the length of road as is indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. No restriction imposed by this order applies to a person causing or permitting a vehicle to stop-
(a) in any case where the person in control of the vehicle-
(i) is required by law to stop,
(ii) is obliged to stop in order to avoid an accident,
(iii) is prevented from proceeding by circumstances outwith their control and it is not reasonably practicable for them to drive or move the vehicle to a place not on a carriageway,

THE A835 TRUNK ROAD (BEN WYVIS) (TEMPORARY CLEARWAY) ORDER 2022
THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 2(1) and (2), 4(1) and 14(l)(b) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will have the effect of imposing a restriction on stopping on that length of the A835/A893 Tore - Ullapool Trunk Road (Ben Wyvis) being the main carriageway, from a point 1.6 kilometres or thereby south-west of the extended centreline of the unclassified Ben Wyvis National Nature Reserve Car Park access junction to a point 1.6 kilometres or thereby north of the extended centreline of the unclassified Ben Wyvis National Nature Reserve Car Park access junction, a distance of 3.2 kilometres or thereby. The Order, which is required in the interests of road safety and to ensure free flow of traffic on the A835 will be in operation from 14th June until 13th December 2022 and will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the length of road as is indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. No restriction imposed by this Order applies to a person causing or permitting a vehicle to stop-
(a) in any case where the person in control of the vehicle-
(i) is required by law to stop,
(ii) is obliged to stop in order to avoid an accident,
(iii) is prevented from proceeding by circumstances outwith their control and it is not reasonably practicable for them to drive or move the vehicle to a place not on a carriageway,
(b) when the vehicle is-
