The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Beacon Hill, Penn in the Parish of Penn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Beacon Hill for approximately 74m. No alternative route required. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water stop tap and boundary box fitting works take place commencing on 4 July 2022 Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. Access to residents. The proposed Order will come into operation on 4 July 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Windsor Lane, Little Kingshill in the Parish of Little Missenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Windsor Lane for approximately 174m. Alternative route: Windsor Lane, Heath End Road, Copes Road, Cockpit Road, Missenden Road, Peterley Lane, Nags Head Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach works to replace a pole works take place commencing on 28 June 2022 between 09:00 and 15:00 only, road will be open at all other times. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 June 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (High Street, Chalfont St Peter in the Parish of Chalfont St. Peter CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in High Street for approximately 24m. Alternative route: High Street, Lower Road, Kingsway, Chalfont St Peter Bypass and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Cappagh on behalf of Thames Water to rectify a defect in the carriageway works take place commencing on 18 June 2022. The proposed Order will come into operation on 18 June 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Notice of Making a Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order: The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 44 (Part) Parish of Hambleden) Public Path Diversion Order 2022
made on 25 May 2022, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpath running from SU7577-8769 NE for 717m to SU7613-8828 as shown by a bold continuous line on the Order map, to a line running from SU7577-8769 NE for 163m to SU7589-8780 then
NNE for 251m to SU7591-8804, then NE for 319m to SU7613-8828 as shown by a bold broken line on the
Order map with a width of 2m throughout, and with a farm gate (BS5709) at SU7578-8770 and a pedestrian gate (BS5709) at SU7589-8779. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 this Council is obliged to make any representations received in response to this notice open to public inspection.
