Darlington Borough Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic & Clearway) Order 2022

Darlington Borough Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce:

1. no stopping at any time (clearway); and

2. the prohibition of the driving of vehicles on the following roads:

The restrictions will be in force for patching works followed by surfacing works at a later date. The exact dates will be notified on site in advance of the works being carried out. Road Closure
Lay-by off A67 between Merrybent and High Coniscliffe - to allow storage of highway materials
The maximum duration of the temporary restrictions under this Order is
18 months commencing from 8th July 2022.
