Prohibition of Waning & Loading & Provision of Parking, District of Hambleton, Amendment No Tbc, Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Hambleton) Consolidation Order 2013' by introducing the restrictions specified: Bedale, B6265 South End, North East side, from the northern property boundary of 13 South End, for a distance of 184m in a Southeast direction. Disc Parking -waiting limited to no longer than 2 hours between 8.00am & 06.00pm, Monday to Saturday, return prohibited within 1 hour (exemptions for resident parking permit holders). A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at Bedale Library, Bedale Hall, North End, Bedale, DL8 1AA during normal office hours from 10/06/22 until 12/07/22 & also viewed online at
