The Hertsmere Borough Council (Various Roads, Borehamwood, Potters Bar And Radlett) (Restriction Of Waiting) Order

2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hertsmere Borough Council, pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council has made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into effect on 13th June 2022.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hertsmere Borough Council, pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council has made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into effect on 13th June 2022.
The general effect of the Order would be to introduce waiting restrictions to improve road safety and to reduce instances of inappropriate or inconsiderate parking.

SCHEDULE 1- No waiting at any time -
Sections of Gills Hill Lane, Radlett as set out in the Order and accompanying plan.
Sections of Baker Street, Elmfield Road and Oakroyd Avenue, Potters Bar as set out in the Order and accompanying plan.
SCHEDULE 2 - No Waiting Mon - Sat, 8am - 630pm
Sections of Mildred Avenue, Borehamwood as set out in the Order and accompanying plan.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for that purpose.
