NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 06 June 2022 made the above Traffic Orders under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
1. The general effect of the Orders will be to:
(a) Revoke the disabled parking places in the vicinity of Nos. 162 and 165 Bensham Lane, Thornton Heath, No. 150 Burlington Road, Thornton Heath, No. 85 Cobden Road, South Norwood, No. 4a Cresswell Road, South Norwood, No. 41 Dixon Road, South Norwood, No. 57 Isham Road, Norbury, No. 46 Malvern Road, Thornton Heath, No. 34 St. Dunstan's Road, South Norwood, No. 73 Waddon Park Avenue, Croydon, No. 32a Whitworth Road, South Norwood and No. 37 Zermatt Road, Thornton Heath.
(b) Designate new parking places at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons' badge may be left without charge or time limit in the following locations.
Woodlands Grove, Coulsdon
Outside No. 44 and partially across the frontage of No. 42

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 ROKE ROAD. KENLEY TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate redevelopment works they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Roke Road, Kenley.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Roke Road will be closed outside Nos. 25 to 27 and No. 31 Roke Road.
3. During the closures the alternative route for traffic will be via Oaks Way, Park Road and Foxley Road and reversed.
3. The Order will come into operation on 10 June 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by approximately 31 May 2023. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC VERDAYNE AVENUE. CROYDON
1. Croydon Council, with the agreement of Transport for London, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main installation and new service connection works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Verdayne Avenue, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Verdayne Avenue will be closed between its junction with Wickham Road and the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 Verdayne Avenue.
3. During the works the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Verdayne Avenue, Firsby Avenue, Ridgemount Avenue and Wickham Road.
4. The Order will come into operation on the 10 June 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately eight days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) A vehicle being used to carry out the works;
(b) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14. AS AMENDED
SOUTH NORWOOD HILL. SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate telecoms ducting works they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily close a length of South Norwood Hill.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place the slip road on the southwest side of South Norwood Hill will be closed in two phases between the north-western boundary of No. 277 and the northwestern boundary of No. 285 South Norwood Hill.
3. Whilst the closures are in force the diversion routes for traffic will be via Spa Close and South Norwood Hill and South Norwood Hill slip road.
4. The Order will come into operation on 28 June 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within three days.

(c) Amend the map-based tiles to the Schedule attached to the above Orders so as to accurately represent the new parking arrangements as they exist on site.
2. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 13 June 2022 and of all associated Orders can be inspected between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday inclusive, until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, by appointment with the Parking Design Team, at Bernard Wetherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA (telephone 020 8726 6000 and ask for Parking Design). 3. Copies of the Orders may be obtained from the Parking Design Team, 6th Floor, Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1 EA.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14. AS AMENDED DOYLE ROAD. SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Doyle Road, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
(a) Doyle Road will be closed at its junction with Portland Road.
(b) One-way working in Doyle Road will be suspended and two-way traffic will apply.
(c) Parking bays within Doyle Road will be suspended.
3. Whilst the closure is in force the diversion route for traffic will be via Portland Road, Balfour Road, Stanger Road and Clifford Road.
4. The Order will come into operation on 12 June 2022 (back-up dates of 19 June or 26 June 2022 may apply if works are delayed) and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) Any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) Any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes.
(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS HOLLYMEOAK ROAD. COULSDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer connection works they have made Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Hollymeoak Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Hollymeoak Road will be closed between the western boundary of No. 17 Hollymeoak Road and the eastern boundary of No. 25 Hollymeoak Road.
3. Whilst the closure is in place the alternative route for traffic will be via Woodfield Hill and Starrock Road and vice versa, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 13 June 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 24 June 2022. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
