Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order: To introduce 'No Waiting restrictions/ Provision of parking bays' on Millersdale in the district of Harlow. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 'the 2019 Order' by replacing tile number TL435 077 revision 0 to revision 1.

(Mott Street, Waltham Abbey)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mott Street, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Sewardstone Road to its junction with Lippitts Hill a distance of approximately 1110m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th July 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2326258 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Mott Street, Cross Roads, Robin Hood Roundabout, Epping New Road, Wake Arms Roundabout, Woodridden Hill, Honey Lane, Volunteer Roundabout, Dowding Way, Sewardstone Road Roundabout, Sewardstone Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Western Avenue, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Western Avenue, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Centre Drive for a distance of approximately 30m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th July 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC312KN-EPPING8129-FAL1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Centre Drive (with access only onto Western Avenue) and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Margherita Road, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Left-Hand Turn) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close the left hand turn of Margherita Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from Margherita Road into Honey Lane a distance of approximately 15m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th June 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WD5G2H2RB - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance on footway works are undertaken by Openreach. No diversion route available.
The Order came into effect on 2nd June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tysea Hill, Stapleford Abbotts & Horseman Side, Navestock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tysea Hill, Stapleford Abbotts & Horseman Side, Navestock in the District of Epping Forest and Borough of Brentwood, from the junction with Murthering Lane to the junction with Goatswood Lane a distance of approximately 870m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th June 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2325985 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Goatswood Lane, Church Road, Noak Hill Road, Broxhill Road, Orange Tree Hill, North Road, Oak Hill Road, Tysea Hill and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 2nd June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
