APPELLANT: Fornax Environmental Solutions Limited LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY: Durham County Council, County Hall, Durham DH1 5UQ Notice in respect of planning application Ref: DM/21/01500/WAS (submitted 27 April 2021) for the construction and operation of a high temperature thermal treatment facility for clinical and hazardous wastes at Land North of Hitachi Rail Europe Ltd, Millennium Way, Aycliffe Business Park DL5 6UG. The application is the subject of an appeal to the Secretary of State (Appeal Ref: APP/X1355/W/22/3292099)
