Northumberland County Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) A689 Slaggyford Main Road
Through Village/ A689 Alston To Slaggyford Slaggyford (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of highway in the County of Northumberland.
* A689 Slaggyford Main Road Through Village from its junction with U7018 heading south for a length of 540 metres.

* A689 Alston to Slaggyford from 60 metres north of its junction with U7014 heading south for a length of 1610 metres.

The Order is to be effective from the 13th June
2022 until the 30th November 2022.
It is expected that the road will only be closed
from the 13th June 2022 until the 14th June 2022
between the hours of 07:30 and 16:30 during this period.

The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the A689, C323, C324, A69, A686, A689 and vice-versa.
