Notice is given that the - HARLEQUIN CAFE has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as;
Harlequin Cafe, 45 The Esplanade, Weymouth, DT4 8DH The proposed licensable activities are: To extend our current Licence from 07.30 am - 11pm to the hours of 07.30am -03.00am The Proposed Extention will be Solely licenced as Takeaway refreshments only. This will not include the sale of alcohol

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Business Licensing, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 28/10/13 (Date) The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
