NOTICE OF DEED OF DEDICATION, PUBLIC BRIDLEWAYS FALMER 22 LOCALISM ACT 2011
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980


Notice is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have entered into an Agreement with East Sussex County Council on 11th May 2022 ("the Agreement") to dedicate with effect from the date of the Agreement new public bridleways commencing at OS grid reference TQ 33863 10260 and proceeding in a northerly direction for 568 metres to OS grid reference TQ 33685 10773 and shown by a continuous alternately coloured black and yellow line between points B to C on the Map contained within the Agreement ("the Map") having a width between 2.5 to 3 metres; and a Bridleway commencing at OS grid reference TQ 32497 09953 and proceeding in a north easterly direction for 1082 metres to TQ 32663 11547 and shown by a continuous alternately coloured black and yellow line between points A to D on the Map having a width between 2.5 to 3 metres. The bridleways will continue as BW B103 within the Brighton & Hove administrative area.
A copy of the Agreement and the Map may be inspected free of charge by appointment at Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ from 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays and at County Hall, St. Anne's Crescent, Lewes from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
