Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of UNA MAY HEAL otherwise known as UNA MARY HEAL late of BRADBURY CARE HOME, 2 ROOTS HALL DRIVE, SOUTHEND ON SEA in the County of ESSEX SS2 6DA who died on the 17th day of March 2022 having appointed RACHEL ELIZABETH LIEBESCHUETZ (Executor) in her Will dated the THIRD day of NOVEMBER 2021, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the THIRTY FIRST day of AUGUST 2022 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
