NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 31st May 2022 Frontier Pubs Limited applied to London Borough of Lambeth Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Coach and Horses, 173-175 Clapham Park Road, London SW4 7EX.
The proposed variation is:- To amend the first floor plan of the premises to show a new function room in which licensable activities may be provided.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth, 3rd Floor, Civil Centre, 6 Brixton Road, London SW2 1EG or by email to licensing@lambeth.gov.uk  no later than 28th June 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of London Borough of Lambeth Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address during normal office hours or via the licensing authority’s website, at www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing  
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
