NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 6th June 2022 Picturehouse Cinemas Ltd applied to Epsom & Ewell Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Epsom Picturehouse, 5 Derby Square, Epsom KT19 8AG.
The proposed variation is:-
1. To amend the plans that attach to the premises licence to reflect the current layout.
2. To add a condition to the premises licence.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Grants and Licensing Team, Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5BY no later than 4th July 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Epsom & Ewell Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) or visit www.epsom-ewell.gov.uk  
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
