Notice of application for a Variation to a Premises Licence under sec 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Cyrous Mirzaagha has applied to Richmond Council for a variation to a premises licence at Pizza Bar, 199 Castlenau, SW13 9ER to provide the following licensable activities:
Sale of Alcohol & Late Night Refreshment, Mon-Sun 12:00-02:00 (Off-Sales Only).
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 24/06/2022 stating the grounds for making said presentation to: Richmond Licensing Authority Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00a.m. and 4.00p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.richmond.gov.uk .
It is an offence under section 158 of the licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
