Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Hall and Woodhouse Limited has applied to Dorset Council for the variation of a premises licence for the premises known as Royal Lion Hotel, Broad Street, Lyme Regis DT7 3QF.
The application is to approve updated plans, to allow the supply of alcohol from 08:00 hours until midnight daily (and throughout New Year's Day), to allow the supply of alcohol to residents 24 hours a day, to include late night refreshment (until 00:30 daily) and add conditions intended to promote the licensing objectives.
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Section, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester DT1 1UZ (or licensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk) no later than 4th July 2022. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Dorset Council at the above address (or www.dorsetforyou.com).
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
