(Various Roads, Maldon) (Concert in the Park Special Event) Temporary Parking Restrictions and One Way) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council in exercise of its powers under Section
16A-C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, has made the above Order to
facilitate the holding of the Concert in the Park Special Event.
Effect of the order:
To temporarily introduce a One-Way Restriction on the following lengths of roads, in the District of Maldon:
Road Description
Park Drive From its junction with Mill Road to its junction with Mundon Road for its entire length.
Mill Road From its junction with Park Road and Mundon Road for its entire length.

To temporarily introduce parking restrictions on the following length of road in the District of Maldon:
Road Description
Mill Road For a distance of approximately 4 parking bays between the boundaries of house numbers 60 and 68 Mill Road.

The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2019 will be temporarily amended to include the temporary restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the lengths of roads specified in Schedule 2 to this order only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The Order will come into effect on 17 June 2022 and may continue in force for 3 days unless extended by the Secretary of State.

(Bakers Green, Goldhanger) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bakers Green, Goldhanger in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 510m south east of its junction with Little Totham Road for a distance of approximately 170m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th July 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA55330257 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre broadband connection works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Bakers Green, Little Totham Road, Maldon Road, Church Street, Goldhanger Road, Church Road, Tolleshunt D'arcy Road, Beckingham Street, School Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Latchingdon Road, Cold Norton/Purleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Latchingdon Road, Cold Norton/ Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Junction Road for a distance of approximately 240m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th July 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30059573445/25742432 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Howe Green Road, The Glebe, Pump Lane, Barons Lane, Fambridge Road, Latchingdon Road with access only into Latchingdon road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Rectory Lane, Latchingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Lane, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 730m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th July 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2326919 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, The Street, Cold Norton Road, Fambridge Road, Lower Burnham Road, Rectory Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Highlands Hill, Mayland & Foxhall Road, Mayland/Steeple) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Highlands Hill, Mayland & Foxhall Road, Mayland/Steeple in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 110m south east of the junction with Mayland Hill for a distance of approximately 1050m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st June 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS242211 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Highlands Hill, Green Lane, Grange Avenue, Steeple Road, Maldon Road, Gospel Corner, The Street, Bradwell Road, West Newlands Farm, West of Black House Farm, Motts Farm Stone Road, North Street, The Square, South Street, Southminster Road, Tillingham Road, Foxhall Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 2nd June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
