Definitive Map Modification Order No. 693
Footpath 11 Braintree and Bocking Braintree District Order 2022
The above Order made on 17 March 2022 if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map for the area by:-
- Specifying the width of a 531metre section from the south-east terminus as 20 ft (6.01 metres)
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at the Chelmsford Library, Market Road, where copies will be available on request at a charge. Copies of the order and order map may also be viewed on the Essex Highways website at: https://www.essexhighways.org/transport-and-roads/getting-around/public-rights-of-way/public-path-notices.aspx ) and have also been sent to Braintree District Council. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Director for Essex Legal Services, Essex County Council, Seax House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1QH, to arrive not later than Friday 29th July 2022, and it is requested that the grounds on which it is made are stated. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Essex County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State, may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections, which have been duly made and not withdrawn, will be sent with it.
(Ashen Road, Ovington) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ashen Road, Ovington in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 130m south west then north west of its junction with Clare Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a north westerly then south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th July 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03159866527/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water An alternative route is available via Hollow Road, Ashen Road, Bradley Hill, Clare Road and vice versa with access only into Ashen Road.
The Order will come into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Boultwood Farm Road, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Boultwood Farm Road, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Rayne Hatch Wood Road to its junction with Kentish Farm Road a distance of approximately 1350m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th July 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT003-E-HHGABE - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. An alternative route is available via Rayne Hatch Wood Road, Halstead Road, High Garrett, Lyons Hall Road, Woolmer Green Road, Kentish Farm Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Rayne Hatch Lane, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rayne Hatch Lane, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Rayne Hatch Wood Road to its junction with High Barn Hall Road a distance of approximately 690m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th July 2022 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT004-E-HHGABE - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Rayne Hatch Lane, Halstead Road, Rayne Hatch Wood Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Terling Hall Road, Terling/Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Terling Hall Road, Terling/Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Porridge Pot Lane for a distance of approximately 930m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th July 2022 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT003-E-TERLING - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Terling Hall Road, Church Road, The Street, New Road, Hatfield Road, Terling Road, Station Road, Station Terrace, London Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(North Street & Water Lane, Steeple Bumpstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of North Street & Water Lane, Steeple Bumpstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 230m north east of the junction with Queen Edith Drive for a distance of approximately 250m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th June 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008FAA6140P02 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole renewal works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via North Street, Haverhill Road, Chapel Street, Finchingfield Road, Cornish Hall End, Little London Hill, Howe Street, Duck End, The Causeway The Green, Brent Hall Road, Sampford Road, Hawkins Hill, Hill Road, High Street, Moor End Road, Anso Road, Bumpstead Road, Hempstead Road, Water Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 2nd June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
