PREMISES LICENCE

I Robert Muca have applied to Maldon District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of SALT 102B and C High Street, Maldon, Essex CM9 5ET for the following licensable activities.
Recorded Music Mon Sun 1200hrs
Sale of Alcohol Sun Wed 1200hrs 2300hrs Thur Sat 1200hrs 2300hrs
All above licensable activity may be extended on 21 occasions a year to 0200hrs. and on New Years Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the commencement of permitted hours on New Years Day
Interested parties may view the register of the Licensing Authority during normal working hours at Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, CM9 5DL.
Any representations by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the above address by 24th June 2022
IT IS AN OFFENCE KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION, PUNISHABLE ON SUMMARY CONVICTION TO A MAXIMUM FINE OF £5,000.
