(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting and Restriction of Waiting on Chapel Street, Bromsgrove] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Bromsgrove:
Chapel Street (southwestern arm) (Northwest side):
from a point 30 metres south west of its junction with Chapel Street (main arm) for a distance of 30 metres in a south westerly direction. (South east side): from a point 46 metres southwest of its junction with Chapel Street (main arm) for a distance of 14 metres in a south westerly then southerly direction; from a point 78 metres south west then south east of the junction for a distance of 7 metres in a south easterly direction. Restriction of Waiting Mon-Sat 7am-7pm Chapel Street (Northwest side): from a point 60 metres south west of its junction with Chapel Street (main arm) for a distance of 25 metres in a south easterly direction. (Southeast side): from a point 31 metres south west of its junction with Chapel Street (main arm) for a distance of 15 metres in a south westerly direction; then from a point 60 metres south west then south east of the junction for a distance of 18 metres in a south easterly direction (around turning head). The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
